The megastar was addressing a news conference with the cast and crew of his latest drama film, ‘102 Not Out’, including veteran Bollywood actor, Rishi Kapoor, at the success party of the movie. The film made with a humble budget of $1.48 million had a box office collection of $3.3 million in less than a week of its release.
Directed by Umesh Shukla, “102 Not Out” is an adaptation of a regional Gujarati film by the same name. It’s the story of a young at heart 102-year-old father Dattatraya Vakharia (Amitabh) and his morose 75-year-old son Babulal Vakharia (Rishi). Dattatraya wants to outlive the world’s oldest man (118-years-old) but that is not possible with his son Babulal sulking around. So Dattatraya decides to send his son to an old age home.
Bachchan has worked in over 225 films in a career spanning almost five decades. He made his Hollywood debut with a guest role alongside Leonardo Dicaprio in ‘The Great Gatsby’.
