Djokovic beats Anderson in thrilling Mubadala final

World number one Novak Djokovic came from behind to win an epic final at the Mubadala World Tennis Championship against South African Kevin Anderson

Anderson won the first set 6-4, breaking Djokovic in his final service game, before the Serb fought back, though failing to capitalise on a break point in Anderson’s second service game of the set before finally breaking Anderson’s serve just as the set was looking like it was heading into a tie-break.

The final set saw Djokovic save a break point in the third game before Anderson saved three championship points to level back at 5-5 before eventually losing his serve in the next game after a thrilling game which saw an incredible 30-stroke rally to seal the win for Djokovic.
