Federal employees resturn to work

Tens of thousands of federal employees went back to their jobs early Monday morning. Some of them to got back to metro stations and suburban commuter buses at the Southwest Federal Center in Washington, a business district that houses almost entirely the massive office buildings of many federal agencies.

They were coming back to work after the longest shutdown in U.S. history ended on Friday after five longs weeks and two missed paychecks.
