Disturbing cellphone video shows the moment a man set himself on fire outside the White House.
In the video, you can see the man engulfed in flames as police officers rushed to get the situation under of control.
Authorities from the National Park Service and U.S. Park Police were seen administering first aid after the incident happened on the Ellipse near the Washington Mall.
Today police confirmed that he died from his injuries.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. On April 12, a man in a wheelchair-type electric scooter lit his jacket on fire outside the White House fence.
The secret service said that that man was hospitalized with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries.
