Authorities are now on the hunt for Justin Herron who is wanted in the death of a 19-year-old pregnant woman. She was killed August 4th.

Herron has not been charged but police say they are looking at him as a suspect because the woman was found dead in a hotel that was in his name. He was also the father of her unborn child.

HPD says a patrol officer was flagged down after a citizen was told that there was a dead woman inside of room #239 at the Home Town Suites.

The officer then went to the address to do a welfare check. Hotel staff was notified, they then went to go knock on the door. After no one answered law enforcement entered the room. They found the victim pregnant, deceased and said she had suffered multiple gunshots.

Investigators have not been able to locate Herron and say they are calling on the public to help find him because he is a person of interest at the time.

Anyone with information is urged to call the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
